54703 CADDIS Ln, McKenzieBridge, OR
A handcrafted log and wood cabin on 5.07 secluded acres with mountain views in the heart of Oregon's legendary McKenzie River Valley, thoughtfully renovated top to bottom for the buyer who refuses to compromise between authentic mountain character and modern peace of mind. Recent improvements have been extensive: a new roof, updated windows, new sliding glass door, updated electrical with LED recessed lighting, and a newly finished 676 sq ft bonus room that expands the living footprint. Step inside to soaring vaulted ceilings, skylights, an open-concept main level, and the unmistakable comfort of radiant heated tile floors throughout the downstairs. Quartz countertops elevate the fully equipped kitchen with convection oven, gas range, dishwasher, pantry, and refrigerator. A gas fireplace insert anchors the living space while natural light pours into every corner and frames wooded and mountain views from every direction. The main-level primary suite is a true retreat with jetted tub and single-level living. Unwind after a day on the river in your private sauna, a spa-level amenity that turns everyday living into a true escape. Upstairs, a finished loft with full bath flexes as guest suite, office, or studio, while the newly finished bonus room is ideal for a media room, gym, or bunk room. Outside, a deck, patio, and porch extend your living space into the trees, while five acres of mature woods deliver garden space, dog run, fenced areas, outbuilding, RV hookup and parking, and private walking paths. An oversized 3 car garage handles vehicles, kayaks, bikes, and a full workshop. Just 30 minutes outside of town keeps you connected to work, shopping, and the airport, while world-class fly fishing on the McKenzie River, championship golf at Tokatee, hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, and hot springs are minutes from your door. A memorable weekend retreat, proven short-term rental, or move-in ready turn-key home in one of Oregon's most desired destinations.
